Shannon DeVita Wealth Consultant

Shannon joined LifeTime’s team as a Wealth Consultant in August 2025. Her primary goal is to work relentlessly as an advocate for her clients.  With over 15 years of industry experience working with individuals and small businesses, she confidently guides her clients and helps them understand implications of the decisions they make today regarding their future goals.

She focuses on planning first, with a comprehensive approach, so that each client’s life concerns and needs are addressed in an exclusive manner. Finding out what is most meaningful to each client in their short- and long-term goals is her top priority. She utilizes risk management tools and wealth planning to implement a strategy that is specific to each of her clients to pursue the desired financial outcome.  She is an avid supporter of small business owners and the value they bring to the local community. Her goal is to take the burden of succession and retirement planning off the individual and business owner so they can focus on what is most important to them.

Being raised in a blue-collar family in a small town in Ohio, she understands the value in simplicity and appreciation for the basic necessities of life, and how hard her parents worked to provide those without anyone to help guide them in the proper direction.  As the proud daughter of a Marine veteran, she understands what sacrifice, hard work and integrity mean and are at the core of how she runs her business. Making sure clients understand her management direction and recommendations through personalized education and maintaining an open forum for communication is key to developing and maintaining a lasting relationship.

She was the first to graduate from college in her family and received her Bachelors degree from Ohio State University.  She worked her way up in the financial world by pursuing her credentials and licenses to become an advisor, and continues her educational journey so that she can provide clients with the knowledge and well-rounded advice they deserve. She is attentive, efficient, communicative, proactive and driven to helping her clients succeed. The relationship she builds with her clients is at the core of her purpose and motivation in this industry, and they become like family to her.

In her free time, she is a horse lover and spends her time working with individuals with special needs and veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) through equine therapy as well as various sports programs through Special Olympics and other organizations. She loves spending her down time with her pups and daughter and loves hiking, fishing and traveling to new spots.
