Go Paperless

Thank you for your interest in our Go Paperless! initiative.

The Go Paperless! initiative was created to help simplify your life. It’s an example of the small improvements our team is always looking for – and we’re pleased that this one also helps the environment! We hope you’ll take advantage of this new feature, and, as always, we encourage you to give us a call with any comments or questions.

Why go paperless?

By going paperless, you can eliminate the clutter associated with multiple account mailings, and simplify the way you’re notified of account statements and confirmations.

By going paperless, you’ll be able to:

  • View account balances and a detailed position breakdown for each account in Investor360°
  • View balances and positions for virtually all your accounts in one easy-to-read, consolidated report
  • Check on historical transactions within your accounts
  • Review account and contact information, listed beneficiaries, and other named individuals
  • Eliminate paper statements and trade confirms
  • View and download current and historical account statements and trade confirms
  • View documents that our firm shares with you
  • Get real-time price quotes and charts for traded securities
  • Import account information to TurboTax for easier, more efficient tax filing

Investor360° works with today’s most popular Internet browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome, and we’ve engineered it with the most advanced online security protocols to help ensure that your account information stays between you and our firm.

Change settings to “Paperless”

Go Paperless! in Investor360° by following these steps:

Log in to Investor360°®

Don’t have your Investor360°® Account yet? Simply give us a call at (919) 845-5315 or add your name and email to the form at the bottom of this page. We’re happy to help get you set up.

Select Settings in the upper right-hand corner.

Under Paperless Preferences, indicate the e-mail address NFS should use for sending notifications. That email address will receive a notification whenever an eligible account document is available for online viewing.

If there is a prefilled e-mail address, please verify that it is correct. If not, click in the Email Destination field and correct it.

If there is no e-mail address for the selected account holder, please enter one manually by clicking in the Email Destination field

If you don’t see an account listed under Paperless Preferences, then the account is likely owned by someone else. If that person wants to receive paperless documents, contact us to create an Investor360°® ID for him or her, and then the settings can be updated.

Check the box to indicate that you would like to receive e-notifications for all eligible account and document types (or select the specific files for which you would like to discontinue paper delivery.

Read and accept the disclaimer that appears, then click Save.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you have updated your preferences to go paperless! You will begin receiving e-notifications when the current statement cycle is complete. Once your e-notifications are active, you can log into Investor360°®, go to the Portfolio tab, and click on Statements & Documents to view your information.
