Chris Holt is a Senior Mortgage Consultant with CIMG Residential Mortgage, an Independent Mortgage Bank based in Chapel Hill, NC. Before joining CIMG, Chris was a Senior Mortgage Consultant with FM Lending Services for over 13 years, where he sold and serviced residential mortgage loans, including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and NC Housing Bond loans. Chris is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and as a resident of Durham, he can be found in his free time volunteering with the Duke Outdoor Adventures program, helping children and adults with disabilities to “reach new heights” in their indoor rock climbing program.
