From the desk of Lorraine Johnson:
Dear Clients and Friends,
I have some wonderful news to share! After considerable research over the past year, I have made a decision that is crucial to the way I will provide service to you and to all of my clients, now and in the future. I have put a lot of thought into the amount of time and the level of dedication required to ensure that your long-term financial goals are met, and I think you will find this to be a positive step toward that end.
I have always believed that two (or more) heads are better than one. Being able to bounce ideas off of other professionals is something that I have always done, but I am finding that this would be much easier if I were in a position to do so in-house. I have also realized that the day to day operations of the company have gradually been taking more and more of my time away from doing what I enjoy more than anything else—spending time with you discussing and implementing your hopes and dreams, and adjusting our strategy along the way. It has been and continues to be a privilege to walk alongside you as your journey unfolds.
In order to spend more time with you, have a larger team of financial experts and staff to assist you, and ensure that your financial needs are taken care of for many years to come, I have looked diligently for a company represented by an intelligent, principled, caring, and experienced team of advisors – a team highly qualified to work alongside me as you and I continue our relationship. After numerous discussions with several firms and narrowing it down to two, I have decided that LifeTime Asset Management is the merger partner I’ve been looking for. I strongly believe that the advisors there and the other LifeTime staff members share an approach very similar to mine in financial planning and investment management. Together as a firm we will have 4 CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioners to serve you representing over 75 years of combined experience in the financial field.
As to the million-dollar question, no I am NOT, repeat NOT retiring! In addition, my very capable office manager, Kim Feuersanger, will be joining us at LifeTime. Together, we are committed to making this transition as client-friendly as possible and we intend that this adjustment to our business model will ensure our ability to deliver services to you, without interruption, for generations to come.
